Promoting and developing the Court of Justice in line with the policies having been implemented for continuity and sustainability.
- 1. Carry forward the administration of justice to protect people’s rights and safeguard social security.
- 2. Carry forward alternative dispute resolution, taking into account the economic and social environment as well as the contextual factors of each court.
- 3. Carry forward the adoption of technology to streamline court proceedings, reduce time and burden for court personnel, and enhance efficiency in providing services to the public.
- 4. Carry forward the development of court personnel in education, ethics, and moral character to improve their understanding of current situations, as well as preparing them for future changes.
- 5. Carry forward the health care support for court personnel, including their family members.
- 6. Carry forward and develop proactive public relations to better equip youth and the public with the accurate understanding of court proceedings and the awareness of their legal rights.
Progress Toward
Developing and implementing new initiatives to enhance the administration of justice in accordance with the missions and duties of the Court of Justice.
- 1. Enhance the quality of court orders and judgments.
- 2. Develop training courses for judges and court personnel that factor in the social context.
- 3. Develop a well-regarded and equitable judge selection examination system that ensures equal opportunities for all candidates.
- 4. Expand the role of senior judges to effectively utilize their knowledge and wisdom for the benefit of the Court of Justice and the public.
- 5. Develop a centralized system that serves as a knowledge hub systematically compiling relevant information to facilitate consultation on the higher court’s orders and judgments, thereby assisting judges and court personnel in performing their duties, together with enhancing the cybersecurity system by implementing appropriate advanced technology.
- 6. Raise the personnel administration standards of the judiciary workforce to effectively leverage their knowledge, experience, expertise, and suitability for the collective adancement of the Court of Justice and the public.
- 7. Enhance and ensure the safety of judges on duty, court personnel, and the individuals conducting business with the Court of Justice.
- 8. Foster innovation to eliminate redundant administrative red tape as well as improve efficiency and swiftness in providing services to the public.
- 9. Enhance access to accurate and reliable information for court personnel, individuals involved in the justice system, and the general public.

- 1. Foster public trust and confidence in the Court of Justice by executing judicial duties with professional competence, absolute integrity, and firm adherence to the Code of Judicial Conduct.
- 2. Boost the morale of judges and court personnel by ensuring workplace safety and supporting them in addressing potential risks associated with their duties, all aimed at upholding justice for the public.
- 3. Administer justice and provide services to the public with the uniform standards.
- 4. Refine the monitoring and evaluation system constantly to acquire the most accurate and reliable data for the analysis and improvement of the administration of the Court of Justice.
- 5. Foster the close cooperation and seamless integration of the Court of Justice’s tasks with other public authorities, external agencies, and individuals involved in the justice system alongside encouraging high level of public participation.
