On 24 March 2023, at Supreme Court Building, Mr. Chotiwat Leungprasert, the President of the Supreme Court gave warm welcome to Prof. Steven Van Uytset, the lecturer of the Law Faculty of Kyushu in Japan, who paid a courtesy visit on the occasion of his appointment as Director of the International Law.
The President of the Supreme Court and Prof. Steven discussed the government’s proposals on promoting academic cooperation between the Thai Court of Justice and Kyushu University in various training courses, both in short term and long term, as well as discussing ways to develop academic cooperation in personnel development of the Thai Court of Justice to enhance legal knowledge, digital technology and experience to be integrated and applied for the benefit of the judicial service in delivering justice to the people in accordance with the policy of the President of the Supreme Court.
