Today (19 May 2023) at 10.00 Japanese time, Mr. Chotiwat Leungprasert, the president of the Supreme Court of Thailand along with the delegation made an official discussion with Professor SUGIYAMA Naoshi, President of Nagoya University, and his delegation on the subject of academic cooperation, personnel exchange program and training courses as accorded by The Joint Agreement on Academic Cooperation between The Office of Judiciary of Thailand and Law Faculty of Nagoya University of Japan.
At 10.30, The President of the Supreme Court presided over the ceremony of signing the cooperation agreement between Thai judiciary and Law Faculty of Nagoya University, in the presence of MIWA Yoshihiro, Honorary Consul at Nagoya, as the witness of this ceremony. The objective of that agreement is to enhance the academic cooperation between thai judiciary and the university for the proficiency development of thai judges and judicial service officers. The agreement also promotes the exchange of academic and personnel information, academic seminar establishment, and the development of cooperation network on judicial system between the two countries.
