On Monday 22 May 2023, at 2.30 pm., Mr. Chotiwat Leungprasert, the President of the Supreme Court of Thailand, accompanied by Mr. Rungsak Wongkrasan, Secretary of the Supreme Court, Mr. Theerasak Ngaowvijit, Secretary of the Judicial Office, Mr. Charan Taechavijitra, Deputy Secretary of the Supreme Court and their delegations paid visit The Supreme Court of Japan by invitation of TOKURA Saburo, the President of the Supreme Court of Japan. The president of the two countries made official discussions on the subject of the enhancement of judicial cooperation between the two countries and also exchanged opinions on The Council of ASEAN Chief Justices Assembly, the development of proficiency and expertise of the judges, the application of information technology for adjudication and the guidelines for efficiency of case management.
